Getting started

Easiest for me was to install the community "Advanced SSH & Web Terminal"

  1. Open up the Terminal

  2. run ha hardware info | grep usb

  3. Copy the Device by ID, might take som looking :)

  1. Add repo, install mosquito mqtt and z2m accordingly: https://github.com/zigbee2mqtt/hassio-zigbee2mqtt#installation

  2. Create the configuration

  1. And then start the addon.

  2. In the Device & integrations view, there will be a "Mosquito MQTT" Card with a Configure button. Press that and just complete it. If you dont, the entitites from Zigbee2MQTT wont show up

Add devices

  1. Open up Zigbee2MQTT and press Permit join
